We work with your energy and emotions to release what feels stuck and bring you back into alignment.
Intuitive messages may come through during your session, and you'll receive a personalised sheet afterwards with what I felt through each chakra and any channelled messages to take home with you.

What to expect during your session
Every session is a little different, because every person comes with something different. This is your time to slow down, tune into yourself and receive the support you need.
We start with a consultation
We begin with a conversation about how you're really feeling, what's been coming up for you and what you'd like support with. There's space to share what's on your mind, set an intention and get clear on what you need from the session.
We settle into your body
Through gentle breathwork and guided meditation, I'll help you slow down, quiet the noise in your mind and bring your attention back to your body. This creates space for you to relax, let go of the outside world and simply be.
Your Reiki healing
You'll then settle into a restful space while I work with your energy through Reiki. You might experience warmth, tingling, emotions, colours or a deep sense of relaxation, or you might simply enjoy having time to rest. There's no right or wrong way to experience it.
We reflect and integrate
After the healing, we'll take time to talk through your experience and anything that came up. I'll share any intuitive insights or messages I received. You'll leave with space to process, a deeper connection to yourself and a clearer sense of what you might need moving forward.
