how to make an intuitive decision
If you are reading this, there’s a high chance you are intuitive.
We are all intuitive beings, but you in particular.
When you are drawn to this work, it’s because you have an innate feeling that there is “more” to the 3D reality we live in.
A few years ago, I learnt that I’m a highly intuitive person and it completely changed how I manage my emotions and make decisions.
I remembered, it’s a superpower.
My entire life I’ve felt everything so strongly, I knew when something was going to happen before it did and I took on the emotions of everyone around me.
I always felt like the odd one out and experienced a lot of anxiety from carrying the weight of these emotions with me, not knowing a lot of what I was feeling wasn’t actually mine.
Since learning about being highly intuitive, I’ve being able to work WITH it, DEEPEN it and receive intuitive guidance not just about me but about my clients too.
Channeling intuitive guidance is now a big part of my work.
But, one of my favourite things about being a highly intuitive person is using this gift make decisions in my life.
However, making decisions can be difficult when you are in tune with your intuition or know about your intuition.
You can feel conflicted around, is it your intuition or is it fear?
Do you feel the same?
I’m going to share some practices you can implement in your life TODAY to help you make an intuitive decision.
FIRSTLY, WHY DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A DECISION FROM YOUR INTUITION?
Your intuition is your “gut feeling”, it’s an inner knowing in your body which has far greater wisdom and knowledge than your mind.
Your mind is based on past experiences and holds your subconscious limiting beliefs, so often when we listen to our minds over our intuition, we can make misaligned decisions.
Of course, no decision is “right” or “wrong”.
You are guided, protected and held in EACH decision you make.
But, wouldn’t you rather make a decision based on a knowing that is for your highest good?
I like to think of our intuition as our Soul, guides, Spirit.. it’s the part of you that is leading you to a life of alignment, joy and ease.
The more you deepen your connection to your intuition, the easier it can become to feel, know and trust your intuition.
practices to help deepen your intuition
Your intuition is in your body, so any practice that involves connecting to your body, strengthens your intuition.
Breathwork, meditation, dance, journaling and energy healing.
These practices help get you out of your mind and into your body.
I learnt a specific practice to connect to my intuition a few years ago.
✨ Drop into a meditation by bringing awareness to your breath, allowing any thoughts to pass through like clouds, focusing on your inhale and exhale, moving through your body
✨ Think of something you’re grateful for in this moment and invite this feeling into your heart
✨ When you feel like you’re in a calm meditative state, ask what your “yes” feels like and notice what/if changes in your body and then ask what your “no” feels like and notice what/if changes in your body
Repeat this practice for as many days as you need, journaling your practice. Then start to take your practice off the mat.. ask what you should eat for breakfast or which route should you take home.

Okay, back to the juicy stuff!
You’re faced with a decision…
This can be something big like where to live, where to visit, whether to stay in a relationship or not.
Or something as small as what book should I read next, should I go for dinner with friends or stay home?
Whatever it is, you can use these practices to help you make an intuitive decision.
Record a VoiceNote
This is my favourite one.. our energy when we speak doesn’t lie. 😅
When we speak and use our voice, we drop into our body.
This can be particularly powerful as often when you are making a decision, you are in your mind.
Using your voice then allows you to connect to the energy behind it.
So, voicenote a friend or record yourself speaking about the decision.
Notice how it feels in your body.
Often our voices will go a little high and feel constricted if it’s not an intuitive decision
Whereas our intuition sounds lower and flows through our body easefully, you might even feel a sense of expansion or resonant as you speak.
Intuitive Writing
Again, this practices helps get you out of your mind and into your body.
Write out both scenarios and notice how it feels in your body. Put yourself in the scenario of both options and write how it would be and feel.
If you feel like you’re finished, take a breath, pause for as long as you need and continue
There’s always magic in the words after you want to stop writing.
Meditation
Similar to the intuitive writing practice, in this practice you feel what it’s like to do each option.
So drop into a meditation and allow yourself to envision the two options, as you do so, notice how it feels in your body.
Ask your Guides/Angel/Spirit
Funny, I just tuned in and asked what else wants to be shared and got this.
Allow your Guides/Angel/Spirit to help lead and guide you. To do this, you have to first open up to them.
You can do this by inviting them in through a simply prayer
Thank you Guides/Angels of the highest love, light and compassion to come through and guide me with this decision.
Look out for the signs and direction and flow that follows from this.
