    I will use a mixture of coaching, breathwork, energy healing to help you step into your joy, take action with clarity and confidence.

    This mentorship is super intuitive, and will be structured around YOU and how you want to feel.

    We will start with a consultation, to get clear on what’s present and your intentions (how you want to feel and what you feel like you want to change) in your life.

    Mentorship can be extended beyond the 6 months.

    • 2 sessions a month including energy healing + breathwork (60 minutes)

    • Recorded breathwork meditations & journaling prompt sheets
